For all payment options, your order will only be processed after receipt of payment. The tickets will be sent to your e-mail address after receipt of payment. If you have any questions about your order, please send them to vorverkauf@pichmaennel-oktoberfest.de, quoting your order number.

By using the contact details provided here, I agree to the data protection regulations of Feldschlößchen Vertriebsgesellschaft mbH for the transfer, storage and processing of my data.

After completing your order, you will receive your invoice within 24 hours. In this invoice, we ask you to transfer the outstanding payment amount to the specified account within the next seven days.

Only state the invoice number stated on the invoice as the reason for payment, otherwise we will not be able to allocate the payment to your order. If the name of the account holder is different from the orderer, please include the name of the orderer.

Please always transfer the full final amount, as partial or instalment payments will result in an automatic cancellation.

If you have placed several orders, please transfer the respective final amount per order separately, indicating the corresponding purpose of payment.

Bank transfers take approx. 1-2 working days to reach the payee. We therefore recommend that you transfer the amount immediately to ensure that we receive your payment in good time.

Unfortunately, payment by instalments is not possible. The entire final amount must always be paid.

If no payment is received by the set payment deadline, your reservation will be cancelled and the blocked seats will be released for sale again. You will receive an e-mail informing you that your order has been cancelled. Any payments received after this date will be refunded. After receiving our cancellation information, you will have to make a new booking.
